“If you ride one today, you’ll own one tomorrow” says Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association. The modern Walker is one of the unique group of American gaited horses developed in the 19th century. Originally ridden by the plantation owner, today’s Walker is a popular family horse.
